Windsor, ON – Activate Transit Windsor Essex (ATWE) has released public transit scorecards for Windsor’s municipal election candidates as we head into the first advance polls opening this week.

All Mayoral and City Council candidates were asked whether they would: 

• fund the 418X (the proposed express route from the University of Windsor to Tecumseh Mall),
• fund the transit garage expansion (a key piece to continuing the Transit Master Plan),
• continue the regional expansion of transit, and
• get the Transit Master Plan back on its original timeline.
